Opening their doors in Perry Hall in 2013, it was only a matter of time until Lib’s continued to expand and spread the amazing cuisine and atmosphere throughout Maryland. Their most recent location has landed them a permanent home in Bel Air! The service is incredible, food and drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
