Thomas Bunn III is Headed to the Junior Olympics

Written By Morgan Knox

Harford County’s own Thomas Bunn III won the 2025 Golden Gloves State Championship and is headed to the Junior Olympics in hopes of taking his boxing career to the next level.

From the time he was four years old, he fell in love with boxing after his father introduced him to the movie Rocky. Since then, Thomas Bunn III has been off to the races training, and getting ready to take his boxing career to the next level. Daily trainings, eating right, and staying focused on the bigger goal are just a few things Bunn does day in and day out to take on his competitors.

Bunn would like to thank his father, Thomas Bunn Jr. for taking him to trainings, believing in him, and seeing what he couldn’t see in himself. Bunn currently trains at Upton Boxing.
