Sip and Saute This Valentine’s Day!

Written By Morgan Knox

If you are looking for an amazing, one of a kind Valentine’s Day dinner, check out Maison Catering’s Sip and Saute at Rockfield Manor on February 14th, 2026. I got a sneak preview of what is to come for their Valentine’s intimate dinner, and there are SO many wonderful creations that Chef Stacia has created for the ultimate dinner experience.

It starts with being greeted at the front door and escorted to the hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails/mocktails. There you will find the most amazing tasting plates such as tuna poke, butter poached oysters topped with caviar and dill, and lamb with charred grape, just to name a few. From there, you will be taken to your table and then select your couple’s entree to enjoy. The entrees are the starts of the show. From steak, shrimp, scallops, roasted chicken, and vegan crab cakes, there is something for everyone on the menu.

Chef Stacia prides herself on using locally sourced ingredients and it truly makes the dish special! Her attention to detail and her craft is one of a kind. Having studied in France, she brought back with her the commitment to make food flavorful and bring people together. Her passion is a gift to our community.

Check out Chef Stacia and her catering company, Maison Catering.
