Volleyball
The huskies celebrated their senior night tonight, pulling off a big win against Bel Air. Aidan Mackowiak led the huskies with 11 kills, 6 aces, and a block tonight. Seniors Dylan Lewis and Blaise Jones also contributed offensively, with 5 and 6 kills each respectively. Lucas King rounded out the defense with 5 shut down blocks.
PM Varsity wins 3-0 over Bel Air. Set scores were 25-13 (PM), 25-17 (PM), and 25-19 (PM).

The Fallston Cougars (Boy’s Volleyball) traveled to visit the Aberdeen Eagles on Monday (10/7) and came away with a win 3-0. The Cougars had all 11 players put up numbers in this one. Leading the way were Freshman setter Chase Clary (15 assists) and Junior setter Luke Price (10 assists). Sophomore M Jackson DeNichilo led the team in kills with 10 with Junior OSH Flynn Callan & Sophomore OSH Shaughn Kelly with 6 kills each. Edgewood’s varsity won in 3 sets, 25-18, 25-20, and 25-22. Samarra Brodbeck with 5 kills, Janne Berger with 1 block and 1 ace, Zyianna Rowlette with 3 aces, 1 kill, and 1 block, and Sofia Ortiz with 6 assists, 2 kills, and 2 aces.

10/8/2024 – The #13 Bel Air Bobcats (9-0) lost their first set of the year to #15 Patterson Mill (7-2) but still managed to win the match 3-1 (25-18, 13-25, 31-29, 25-20). Patterson Mill’s only 2 losses on the year are both to the Bobcats. Five Bobcats had at least 5 kills.

The Mustangs played all six of their seniors all the way around all night for Senior Night. Ana Mioduski had 10 kills, 4 aces, and 8 digs, Olivia Kobb had 10 kills, and 11 digs, Maddie Duffalo had 10 kills, and 6 assists, Jenna Ritz had 22 assists and 4 aces, Lena Rockhill had 3 kills, 2 aces, and 5 digs, and Rachel Bolt had 13 digs, 4 assists, and 2 aces. CMW moves to 7-2 on the season.

Soccer
CMW girls varsity soccer beat Fallston 4-0 on the mustangs senior night. With a lone first half goal, Lilly Budelis, scored off a cross from Mackenzi Milich. Second half scoring for the mustangs were Mackenzie Pavlitsa, Carley Jehnert, and Delainey Proctor. Second half assists Delainey Proctor and Emma Jankowiak.
Keeping the clean sheet for the mustangs was Alix Bramble making 7 saves.
Fallston goalie, Maddie Cox, had 8 saves for the cougars.
