  2. Focus on the Process, Not the Outcome – Winning is the result of daily, high-quality habits. Focusing on practice intensity, discipline, and attention to detail makes winning inevitable.
Advice to Parents
  1. Let the Coaches coach – Allow coaches to guide, teach, and hold players accountable for their performance. Parental interference often causes confusion and affects the player-coach relationship.
  2. Support the whole team – Promote a positive environment by supporting every team member, not just your child. A team-first attitude fosters a more competitive, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
Advice to Players
  1. It is Cool to Care!
  2. Be Coachable – Embrace feedback, constructive criticism, and new techniques. A player who is willing to learn is more valuable than a talented player who is stubborn.
  3. You best Ability is your Availability – Talent does not matter if you cannot get on the field. Prioritize fitness, injury prevention, nutrition, and recovery to ensure you are always ready to compete.
