Cherry’s Chocolate Studio – Feature Friday

Written By Morgan Knox

Recently, I headed to the Grove to check out some of the new businesses that have set up shop. I had the pleasure of meeting Viktoria, the founder and owner of Cherry’s Chocolate Studio and I was blown away at not only her talent and wonderful chocolates, but the story behind her business.

Three years ago, Viktoria and her daughter Maria moved to the USA from Ukraine.  What started as a hobby gradually became her passion.  Bringing her grandmother’s recipes to the US, Viktoria enrolled in the International Chocolate Academy online to perfect her craft and share it with her community.  Cherry’s -Chocolate Studio was founded in June 2021.

“She really wants to share her creations with others. Everything you see in her shop is handmade,” stated Maria.

Viktoria prides herself on using traditional family recipes and keeping the ingredients as natural as possible. Her signature touch is the edible gold dust she adds to her creations to give them the look of bronze figurines, metal embossing and add another layer of art to her wares. Her bestsellers are chocolate-covered Oreo cookies, chocolate figurines, gift boxes and baskets.

“I believe that dreaming is not enough. You have to work hard in order to achieve your dreams,” Viktoria claimed. The goal for the business is to one day own her own store front with pastries and chocolates. Another great thing about the business is that they are donating a percentage of their proceeds to Ukraine.

She is currently taking orders for occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and baby showers. To place an order you can get in touch with Viktoria via Instagram or Facebook. Be sure to give them a follow and stop by the Grove to meet Viktoria and to buy some of her amazing chocolates and pastries!
