- Savannah Simmons of John Carroll Basketball was named Outstanding Player at the Carolina Invitational Basketball Challenge held in Charleston, SC.
- Havre De Grace won the Green and Gold Holiday Basketball Tournament, held at Cecil Community College. The Warriors rolled over the competition on the strength of Josh Penn’s MVP performance. HdG beat Greater Grace 83-72 in the championship game.
- Former John Carroll wrestler Hunter Ritter won the Roadrunner Open Wrestling Tournament at Cal State University, Bakersfield. Ritter was a 6x National Champion in high school and was a red shirt freshman 197 pounder for the University of Wisconsin
- Kesean Bagwell and Kenneth Bagwell won the Maryland Golden Gloves Boxing Championships in their respective weigh classes. Both boxers were trained by Edgewood’s Maxwell Taylor, a member of the MD Boxing Hall of Fame.
- In a rare quad meet, Aberdeen outswam their opponents 587-352. Kaeli MacDonald won the 200IM and the 100 fly events for Aberdeen. Havre De Grace’s Zac Orzewicz won the 100m freestyle and 100 meter backstroke races. MacDonald and Orzewicz were the only double event winners.
