- Havre De Grace lost the state football championship 44-14 to Fort Hill of Cumberland. The Warriors had won three of their state championship games. Both losses were to Ft. Hill.
- Bel Air’s Wrestling team opened the 2015 season with 9 straight wins at Walkersville’s Rumble in the Jungle. Brent Lorin, Liam Bowers, Scott Miser, Trevor Proctor, Tommy Gomez and Dakota Crawford were undefeated on the weekend.
- Harford Gymnastics’ Brianna Garridio, earned a place in the US Gymnastic Championships in Covington, Kentucky. Brianna won the vault and balance beam to propel her to the podium at last week’s qualifier in Landover, MD.
- C. Milton Wright owned the pool at the 12 team, Icicle Invitational. The Mustangs crowned 13 champions, 5 runners up and one 3rd in the 19 event meet. C. Milton finished 65 points ahead of Kent Island, who placed 2nd.
- Harford Tech junior, guard, Darius Dangerfield blew past the 1000 point mark, to become one of the few juniors in Harford County history with such an accomplishments.
