13 students from the US Taekwondo Academy competed in the US National Chamionships in Austin Texas. 9 of the 13 Harford Countians earned medals. Gold medals were won by Lorraine Chow and Jared and Teresa Bickler.

Havre De Grace’s David Hutsell placed 3rd in the 90th Middle Atlantic PGA Championships. The event was held at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda.

Patterson Mills’s Linnea Gonzalez was named one of the Big 10’s Players to Watch. Gonzalez was a freshman forward on the University of MD field hockey team.
